RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at perfectpairsjewels@outlook.com.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 133, Padstow, NSW, 2211, Australia

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings for health & hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns 

Products may be returned for a online credit note if returned unworn and in their original packaging. We are unable to issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchase. Please note - we are unable to accept returns for pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons.

When making a return, it will be at the clients expense to post the piece(s) back to the nominated sender address safely and in original condition. We ask that this be done within 14 days of receiving your Perfect Pairs items.

Credits will only be issued once the return has been received and assessed. If issued a credit with Perfect Pairs Jewelry, it will be valid for 1-year from the date of issue. 

Credits will not be granted in the event that jewelry has been damaged due to wear and tear, misuse or disregard for care notes (eg. chipped, snapped, bent out of shape, continuously worn in saltwater). The jewelry care instructions for each piece can be found in the product description.

Refunds

If you have been sent a product that is faulty or worthy of refund, please contact us at perfectpairsjewels@outlook.com with a description of the issue. Please follow the above returns guidelines to initiate this process. We will be more than happy to issue a total refund, inclusive of return postage price, once we have assessed the item(s).

We will, of course, asses each return on a case-by-case basis and use our seller discretion to come to an optimal resolution for all.
