Care
Our 18K gold-plated stainless steel pieces are made to keep their shine. A little care goes a long way.
How to care for your piece
- Take it off before swimming, exercising or applying perfume, lotion or hair products.
- Wipe it gently with a soft cloth after wearing. For a deeper clean, a quick soak in warm water with mild soap, then rinse and pat dry.
- Store it dry in its box or an airtight pouch, each piece wrapped separately to avoid scratches.
- Avoid extreme temperatures, which can damage the materials.
Some natural wear over time is normal. Removing your jewellery for sport and rough work helps it last.

Changed your mind? Request a return within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll issue an online credit, valid for 12 months.

- Pieces must be unworn, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Earrings and pierced jewellery can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items aren't eligible for return.
