Delivery times

• Australia, Standard: 3–7 business days
• Australia, Express: 1–3 business days
• New Zealand: 5–10 business days
• Asia, USA, Canada, UK & Europe: 7–15 business days

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices do not include customs duties or import taxes, which may be charged by your country on arrival. If these charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Customs, public holidays and peak periods can occasionally add a few days, and some delays are outside our control.

Returns

Shipping costs are not refunded on returned orders. Only the cost of the returned items is refunded.
